*no consultation is needed for group training classes

Prior to any one on one training session, we conduct a consultation with you and your dog. Consultations are scheduled for an hour and a half. During that time, we will get to know you, your dog and learn about your goals. We will also set up a training curriculum. Your deposit will be deducted from completed one on one session(s)

Puppy classes and socialization. 

Lets get started off right! This 6 week course teaches the basics (name recognition, sit, watch, down, and basic leash skills. We also cover basic clicker training. Each session ends with a 30 minute socialization session with the other puppies in the class. 

*dogs must be between 3-5 months old and current on all vaccinations. 

*classes are conducted in a clean, sanitary indoor environment for puppy safety

Intermediate classes and socialization

Where do I go from here? This 6 week course focuses on teaching self control. Dogs learn the important skills of wait, leave it, stay, and settle. These skills are essential to keeping you and your dog safe during any environment. We also reinforce loose leash walking and hand signals.

This class is open to dogs over 6 months of age with current vaccinations. 

*classes are conducted in a fenced outdoor environment with minimal distractions. 

Advanced training and skills

This 8 week course is designed to strengthen communication between students and their dogs through advanced training skills. Dogs learn to heel, retrieve, and go to place. Students also have the option of working on 1 "special" skill, either sit pretty or roll over. Classes are held in a secured outdoor environment. Additionally, one on one walks are conducted with client, trainer and dog to solidify skills in a "real" environment. 

Is your dog struggling with a skill or two? Lets figure it out. The most common reasons for Polish Those Skills sessions are loose leash walking and recall. But, becoming proficient in any of the basic or advanced commands are a good fit for this training. Homework includes 10-15 minutes of skill work at home each day.

In these one on one sessions, we concentrate on identifying and working on behavior issues. Together we will determine triggers and solutions. This is an in depth session that requires involvement from dog parents. Homework outside of sessions requires 10-15 minutes of skill work at home each day.

This option is a fit for anyone needing an immersive period to solidify a set of skills. 3 and 5 day boarding is available. Board and train includes, 3 meals per day, 2 walks, and 3 individual training sessions each day. Indoor and outdoor training areas are equipped with 24 hour live video feed.

Trainers and owners work together on walk and train sessions. Let your pup have a fun, productive walk while learning.  We will work on the skills in your curriculum contract.
